First Choice Medical Care has been looking after its community since 1986. The sole principle GP is Dr Paramjit S Wasu he is assisted by a female GP Dr PBA Ramasamy. The practice has very good reputation with its clients.
The staff are very friendly and most welcoming , they will make every effort that your requests are fully met even it is a same day appointment. Majority of the services are provided however if you need any service which you are not sure of please come and ask the receptionist.

The manager is involved in managing all business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. Also supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. She makes sure the patients confidentiality is secure, and they are treated with respect and dignity. Should you want to see the manager about any complaint you wish to bring to her attention or even make any suggestions to improve the service, she will be most happy to see you by appointment.
|Mrs Shantha Kularajan|
Shantha has been at the practice over eight years now. She knows most of the patients by name. Shantha can speak Tamil. She deals with repeat prescriptions, registering new patients and for many more services provided by the practice.
|Mrs Helen Sivakumar|
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Helen can make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, , dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
